Thank you for choosing to work with NeuroFaith Integration. Clear expectations help create a safe, respectful, and effective environment for our work together. Please carefully review and acknowledge the following policies.
1. Payment Policy
- Individual sessions are $125 and are approximately one hour in length.
- A 5-session package is available for $575, a savings of $50.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- With at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to a future session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, and no-shows are non-refundable, and payment for the scheduled session will be retained.
- A session is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled start time if no communication has been received.
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
3. Emergency Grace
- I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. NeuroFaith Integration offers a one-time grace exception in which a late cancellation or missed session due to an emergency may be excused without charge.
- After this one-time exception has been used, the standard cancellation policy applies to subsequent late cancellations or missed sessions.
4. Session Format & Scheduling
- Sessions are generally scheduled on weekdays, with both daytime and evening appointments available.
- Weekend appointments are not routinely offered.
- Emergency sessions, when availability permits, are $150 and are paid directly to NeuroFaith Integration through Venmo. Emergency-session availability is not guaranteed.
- Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom or FaceTime.
- If your session is scheduled through Zoom and you do not receive a link when scheduling, a Zoom link will be emailed to you.
- Although sessions are conducted virtually, clients are responsible for choosing a private, quiet environment where they can be fully present and uninterrupted. This may include a private room or, when necessary, a safely parked car.
- To protect the privacy and effectiveness of our time together, please minimize distractions. Eating during sessions is not allowed, and children or other individuals should not be present unless their participation has been discussed in advance.
- If you would like to discuss incorporating a more physical or movement-based modality into your coaching, please notify me in advance so we can determine what is appropriate.
5. Confidentiality
- Information shared during sessions is treated as private and confidential and will not be intentionally disclosed to others without your permission except when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
- NeuroFaith Integration takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of client information. However, because virtual services rely on third-party technology and internet-based communication, absolute security of electronic information cannot be guaranteed.
6. Zoom & AI Companion
- Sessions conducted through Zoom may utilize Zoom’s AI Companion, which processes session content to generate a written summary of the session and the insights are then emailed to the coach and the client.
- Because sessions may involve personal, emotional, relational, and spiritual information, clients are specifically informed that this technology may be used during Zoom sessions.
- An AI-generated session summary is separate from an audio or video recording. NeuroFaith Integration will not intentionally audio- or video-record a session without the client’s knowledge and consent.
- If you have questions or concerns regarding Zoom’s AI Companion or the use of AI-generated session summaries, please discuss them with NeuroFaith Integration before your session.
7. Faith-Based Coaching Approach
- NeuroFaith Integration is a distinctly Christian, faith-based practice. Sessions integrate neuroscience-informed coaching with Christian spiritual formation and pastoral care. The integration of brain science, emotional and relational health, and Christian faith is foundational to the NeuroFaith Integration approach rather than an optional component of services.
- Prayer and breathwork are incorporated into sessions as regular practices supporting spiritual connection, presence, and regulation.
- Other modalities may include physical movement, somatic practices, Neurofaith Branding exercises, internal family systems and systemic constellation work when appropriate. You are always encouraged to communicate if you are uncomfortable with a particular exercise or practice so that we can discuss how to proceed while remaining consistent with the faith-based nature and scope of NeuroFaith Integration.
- With prior discussion, a session may occasionally include an emotional support person who has been alongside you in your journey. Subsequent sessions will generally return to one-on-one work in order to steward your individual voice, privacy, and personal growth.
8. Medical or Psychological Conditions
- If you have a medical or psychological diagnosis that may be relevant to our work together, please share that information with me. This allows me to take your needs into consideration, remain mindful of factors that may affect your care, and determine whether NeuroFaith Integration is an appropriate source of support for you.
- I am a Certified Neuroscience Coach and ordained/licensed minister. I do not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe or recommend medications as part of my professional services, or provide psychotherapy or treatment of mental health disorders.
- Questions regarding diagnosis, medication, medical treatment, or mental health treatment should be directed to an appropriately licensed medical or mental health professional.
9. Session Commitment
- There is no required minimum number of sessions. You are welcome to determine the pace and duration of your coaching and emotional and spiritual growth journey.
- I generally recommend a minimum of 10 sessions, as consistency can provide a stronger foundation for meaningful and lasting work.
- When budget and scheduling allow, I also recommend that the first three to four sessions occur weekly to help establish momentum and a strong foundation for our work together.
- If you have questions or need assistance with scheduling, please contact admin@neurofaithintegration.com.
